Anderson is so happy to be a Healthy Zone- In Training School. Our first healthy opportunity is the Marathon Kids program. Children run or walk the distance of a full marathon (26.2 miles) over the course of their school year, in increments of ¼ or ½ mile. All Marathon Kids keep a 1 page mileage/food log, supervised by their parents, to track their progress. These forms can be found on the Anderson Web-page under Thursday Folder. Please bring the signed permission form back to the gym as soon as possible. Without this form we can’t order your t-shirt, which will be given to you in May. We will also but your name up on the Marathon Kids poster so that you can track your progress.
