Billion Mile Race!

DO STUDENTS AT YOUR SCHOOL WALK OR RUN?

COUNT THOSE MILES IN THE BILLION MILE RACE.

We know that thousands of schools have experienced the benefits of adding walking and running to the school day. Active kids simply do better - better in the classroom, better attendance, better health and fitness. We want thousands of more schools to experience the same. That's why we are uniting the efforts of schools across the nation to walk and run one billion miles. Yep, that's right, billion with a 'b'.

SEND ME YOUR MILES SO I CAN ADD IT TO OUR SCHOOL TOTAL!  I PUT OUR SCHOOL GOAL AT 80,000 MILES!  WE CAN DO IT!  RUN HAPPY!

HAVE A FAMILY DANCE PARTY!

An Alabama gym teacher brought the “whip/nae nae” into his classroom to get his elementary school students excited about working out.
Jason Paschall taught students at Harvest Elementary School a routine to Silento’s “Watch Me (Whip/Nae Nae)," integrating jumping jacks, push-ups and more into the popular dance.
